The UA Theatre Alliance of The University of Alabama College of Arts and Sciences exists to assist, support and promote The University of Alabama’s Theatre Department and The University of Alabama.

Purpose

The Alliance has five key purposes:

  • Support student artists and faculty members.
  • Increase the visibility of the UA Theatre Department.
  • Grow theatre education and community outreach.
  • Advocate for the UA Theatre Department.
  • Have a great time in the process!

History

The Theatre Alliance was founded by Camille Mendle and Dianne Teague and became a University-sanctioned college support board in 2022.
